What we collect through this website, why, where it goes, how long we keep it and the rights you have — in plain language.

1. Who we are

This website is run by Sudarshan Innovations Group of Technologies (“SIGT”, “we”, “us”), based in India. For personal data collected through this website, we are the Data Fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”) and the rules made under it.

2. What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us:

  • Contact form: your name and email address; optionally your phone number, company, the service you’re interested in and a budget range; and your message.
  • Spam check: when you use the form, hCaptcha checks that you’re a person. To do this it processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details.
  • WhatsApp and email: if you message us directly, we receive what you send, along with your phone number or email address.
  • Server logs: our hosting provider automatically records basic technical details (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

3. Cookies and tracking

This website uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers and no fingerprinting, so there is no cookie banner. If we ever add visitor statistics, we will use a cookieless, privacy-friendly tool and update this page first.

The contact form keeps a small counter in your browser’s session storage to prevent repeated submissions. It never leaves your device and is deleted when you close the tab.

4. Why we use your data

We use your details only to:

  • reply to your enquiry and talk with you about the project or product you asked about;
  • prepare a proposal, if you ask for one; and
  • keep this website secure and free of spam.

We never sell your data, use it for advertising or add you to a mailing list. We process it on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form or message us, and for the specific purpose you contacted us for. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see “Your rights” below).

5. Where your data goes

We use a small number of trusted service providers, who process data on our behalf:

  • Web3Forms receives form submissions and forwards them to our email inbox.
  • hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.) provides the spam check on the form.
  • Vercel hosts the website and keeps the server logs described above.
  • Our email provider stores the enquiries we receive.

Some of these providers may process data outside India. We only use reputable providers with their own security measures, and we don’t transfer data to any country restricted by the Government of India. If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to that conversation.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as we need them. If an enquiry doesn’t lead to a project, we delete it within 12 months of our last conversation. If you become a client, we keep project correspondence for as long as we work together and for any period the law requires afterwards (for example, for tax and accounting records).

7. How we protect it

The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections with strict browser security settings, the form is protected against spam and abuse, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need to respond to them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the authorities of a personal data breach as the DPDP Act requires.

8. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

  • get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
  • ask us to correct, complete, update or erase your personal data;
  • withdraw your consent at any time — this doesn’t affect anything done before you withdrew it;
  • have a grievance about how we handle your data addressed; and
  • nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become unable to do so.

To use any of these rights, contact us through our contact page. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we aim to respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

9. Children

This website is intended for adults and businesses. If you are under 18, please don’t send us personal data through the form — ask a parent or guardian to contact us instead.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we’ll update this page and the “last updated” date above. Please check back from time to time.
