1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website, run by Sudarshan Innovations Group of Technologies (“SIGT”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. What this website is for

The site describes our services and products so you can decide whether to work with us. Nothing on it is a binding offer: any project we take on is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, and prices, timelines and features are only confirmed there.

3. Using the site responsibly

When you use the site, please don’t:

  • break any law, or use the site to send spam, malware or misleading information;
  • try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the services behind it;
  • scrape or copy large parts of the site automatically; or
  • pretend to be someone else when contacting us.

If you believe you’ve found a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly using the contact in our security.txt file, and don’t access or change data that isn’t yours.

4. Intellectual property

The text, design, graphics and logos on this site, and the names Rankifyy, ManeSetu, OHWA, belong to SIGT or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business purposes, but please don’t copy, modify or reuse them commercially without our written permission. Some photographs are used under the Unsplash License.

5. Enquiries

Sending us an enquiry doesn’t create a contract or an obligation for either side, and we may decline work at our discretion. How we handle the information you send is explained in our Privacy Policy.

6. Links to other services

The site links to services we don’t control, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn and freelancing platforms. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we aren’t responsible for their content.

7. No guarantees

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee that it will always be error-free, uninterrupted or up to date, and information on it may change without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SIGT isn’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on information on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute about them or the website will be handled by the courts of India.
